Dirty Blonde and Half-Cuban

Learning on her mother's deathbed that her real father is a Cuban translator, upper-class American Alysia Vilar journeys to communist Cuba, where she falls in with a middle-aged Englishman, his fifteen-year-old lover, and a circle of educated professionals who are forced to prostitute themselves in order to survive.
